James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a Product Specialist to support a major legal firm in the adoption and best use of knowledge systems, in particular HighQ.
Responsibilities
· Elicit requirements from key stakeholders throughout the business
· Provide training and collaterals to ensure optimum usage across practice
· Support knowledge system strategy with continuous improvement including support, maintenance, pilot and implementation of new features.
Educated to degree level you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting lawyers with Legal Technology, in particular HighQ Collaborate;
· Passion for Legal Technology and Knowledge systems
· Agile Project Management
· Stakeholder management
· Analytical problem solver, with high attention to details
