Harbor is a comprehensive behavioral health organization founded in 1913, serving youth, adults, seniors, and families across Northwest Ohio. The organization operates from 24 locations and serves over 30,000 individuals annually. Its workforce comprises over 550 employees, including approximately 300 clinical staff and more than 30 prescribers.
The organization provides a broad range of services, including mental health treatment, substance use disorder treatment, developmental pediatrics, primary care, vocational rehabilitation, telehealth services, and an Employee Assistance Program. In 2023, Harbor opened a Mental Health Urgent Care facility offering same-day walk-in services without the need for a referral or appointment.
Harbor is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and certified by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health.
