In this senior, consultative pre-sales position, you will develop strong relationships with senior legal stakeholders, lead in-depth discovery discussions, and deliver tailored demonstrations that clearly articulate how our solutions align with modern legal workflows. You will play a central role in helping prospective clients recognise the value of our offerings and make well-informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Work alongside Account Executives and Strategic Account Managers to research prospects, define engagement strategies, and drive opportunities from qualification through to close—across both new business and existing accounts

  • Engage with senior stakeholders across law firms and in-house teams, positioning us as a trusted partner in legal technology and workflow optimisation

  • Lead structured discovery sessions and workflow assessments to uncover challenges, stakeholders, improvement opportunities, and measurable outcomes

  • Translate complex legal processes into clear, relevant use cases and solution strategies aligned to client objectives and practice areas

  • Design and deliver tailored, insight-led demonstrations and presentations for audiences of varying sizes

  • Develop proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate value and build client confidence

  • Act as a Voice of the Customer, sharing insights with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy teams based on market and client feedback

  • Represent us at industry events and executive briefings where appropriate

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, ideally with 3+ years’ PQE and experience in private practice or in-house

  • Background in a leading law firm or complex corporate environment, with exposure to client or stakeholder engagement

  • Experience in areas such as corporate, finance, disputes/litigation, or similarly complex legal disciplines—or transferable experience handling sophisticated legal matters

  • Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders through strong communication, subject-matter expertise, and professional presence

  • Confident delivering clear, engaging presentations to both legal and commercial audiences

  • Strong understanding of legal workflows, with an interest in how technology and AI can enhance service delivery

  • Commercially aware, with experience operating in target-driven environments that value collaboration and shared success

  • A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and client teams

What Success Looks Like

  • Generating and advancing qualified opportunities, contributing to both new and expanded revenue

  • Progressing deals effectively by creating clarity, alignment, and stakeholder confidence

  • Building strong, trusted relationships with prospective clients

  • Providing valuable customer insights that inform product development and go-to-market strategies
